Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Beverage Time please get in contact with us. We are committed to providing complete customer satisfaction and strive to supply only the highest quality merchandise. We accept returned merchandise provided it is returned to Beverage Time within 30 days of the original ship date. You may return it for a prompt exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days of the original ship date as long as all merchandise is returned in new condition (unused and in original factory condition), with all original boxes (including all packaging materials), documentation, instructions, and accessories. All returns are subject to our inspection and approval. Please note, personalized, printed and custom items, and shipping, brokerage, duties and handling charges are non-returnable and non-refundable, and if they are returned shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization Number. To initiate a return, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-833-537-7140. Once you obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization Number, you have 21 days in which to get the product back to us. You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment of the product. We reserve the right to deny a full refund of the purchase price if the product is not returned in this manner. Items that are returned damaged or without proper packaging materials are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. For all returns and cancellations that “shipped free” or collect, a shipping charge equal to the cost of the round trip of the shipment will be withheld from the refund. It is important to save all packaging and not destroy boxes in case of a return. 

Save all packaging materials. Do not use items being returned. Call us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number and then proceed with shipping the product back to Beverage Time.


Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not yet shipped from our facility. Please note that a small percentage of orders cannot be stopped from shipping out of our warehouse even though they may not have physically left our premises. In these rare instances, the customer will be responsible for whatever shipping charges are incurred. Typically, most orders are filled and shipped within 24 hours from the time they are received. The Beverage Time Customer Service Department can inform you of the status of your order and can advise you whether or not the order can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an item is shipped the terms of our Returns policy will take effect. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on any cancelled orders.

Please Note: Cancellations cannot be sent via email. All cancellations must be submitted to the Beverage Time Customer Service Department by telephone only. This is to ensure a cancellation request is not lost or mishandled. Customers are fully responsible for improperly submitted cancellations.


Shipping Methods

Beverage Time uses several different shipping methods that are described below.  

Postal Service

For shipments destined to a USA address, USPS First Class/Priority or USPS Express is available. 
Delivery times vary from 1-3 days for shipments to the lower 48 states.
Shipments destined to an address in Canada, Canada Post is an option. Delivery times vary from 2-7 days.

UPS/Fedex/Purolator

For shipments destined to a USA address, UPS or Fedex Standard Ground Shipping Method will be used. Shipments destined to a Canadian address will ship Purolator Fedex or UPS Standard Ground. Delivery time with this shipping method is usually between 3 and 5 business days once the product leave our facility. We can arrange for expedited Next Day, Second Day, or Three Day shipping for this shipping method if required. Additional charges will apply. We ask that you give us a call or notate your shipping requirements in the comment section on your order to arrange for the expedited method. We will let you know what the new shipping cost will be for your expedited request before processing the order.

Freight Line

This is a Standard Freight-Line delivery with door-to-door service. Freight line items will be delivered to the first ground floor exterior door available provided there are no stairs to ascend or descend. If you require inside delivery you will need to notify Beverage Time at the time of order. Additional charges apply for inside delivery or when the use of a tailgate is required. All freight line deliveries require a signature and will occur weekdays during business hours.

Shipping Charges

Beverage Time calculates shipping based on current UPS / freight line tables, weight of the product and the final delivery destination. These fees will be fair and as inexpensive as we can make them. Please note that all shipping charges are for standard ground delivery within the United States and Canada unless otherwise noted. General Information

All damaged shipments are the responsibility of the freight carrier and therefore all damage claims must be filed with them. Shipping errors or shortages must be reported within 7 days from the date of shipment.


All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns after 30 days, no returns on custom printed items or non-stocking items. Shortages must be reported within 7 business days.  Before we are able to accept returns, a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained from our Customer Service Department.
